Returns and Refunds
M-Tec Dynamics will not accept for return, exchange or refund any item that has been modified, used, damaged or has any blemishes. Please ensure you check all items for quality and fitment before permanently fitting them. All purchases made are only refundable if authorised by our management (via email). Items will only be accepted back if returned in their original, unused condition and within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be given after goods have been returned and inspected. Refunds are based on the item price and will exclude postage costs. Items normally held in stock may only be returned by prior arrangement and will normally be subject to a 10-15 % admin & restocking fee. Any refunds made on items purchased through Paypal via our website checkout will be subject to a 4% fee, no exceptions. Special order and/or import items must be prepaid in full and are non refundable, except where this contravenes the Consumer Protection and Distance Selling Regulations if making an order over the telephone. Cancel Before Shipping - You can cancel an order for a stock item that has not been processed and receive a refund. The refund is usually issued to the original payment method, and it can take 3–5 business days to appear in your account. Should you wish to cancel the order at a later date, deposits are not refundable. Carriage costs for the return M-Tec Dynamics or its agents of any goods for credit, refund or exchange for whatever reason are the responsibility of the customer, unless in exceptional circumstances by prior agreement. Please note that any deposits or payments made towards installation are not refundable on cancellation of installation. Custom orders including M-Tec Dynamics Performance Style interior trim sets & interior trim sets that have the alcantara style fabric and including any other made to order on request from customer are not subject to return for credit under any circumstances.
Coloured seat belts are custom made to order and are not eligible for return, unless faulty.
* Steering Wheels *
Custom made orders
Custom orders may be cancelled within a 48 hour ‘Cooling off’ period, we MUST be informed as soon as possible by email to info@mtecdynamics.com and not longer than 48 hours from purchase that you wish to cancel. Once 48 hours has elapsed, we cannot accept cancellation.
Your rights as a consumer remain, your statutory rights are un-affected, however, we cannot accept returns on custom made items for any other reason than damage or product fault, the items are made to order to your specification.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please inform us straight away. The steering wheel must be returned unused and in it’s original packaging no later than 7 days from the date of confirmed delivery.
Should a custom steering wheel be supplied fully complete with switch packs, paddle shifters, airbag retainer plate, front fascia trim and rear fascia trim, and one of these components is faulty, we will exchange the faulty part only.
All items carry a 6 Month material warranty. This warranty does not cover damage or wear and tear.
Non – Custom items
If the steering wheel is a stock item, it may also be cancelled, please advise us as soon as possible by email.
We offer a 7 day return policy on all non-custom items, the item MUST be unused and returned in it’s original packaging and you must advise us within 7 days of receipt. If the item is not returned in it’s original condition, you will not receive a full refund.
Steering Wheel Refunds
Refunds will be processed and expedited in a timely manner, but please allow for upto 7 working days to process and appear back in your account. Processing time commences from the receipt of the returned item back to us following a satisfactory inspection of the item.
Refunds are based on the item price and will exclude postage costs and will normally be subject to a 10-15 % admin & restocking fee.
** Deposits **
Deposits paid for booking confirmations are non refundable under any circumstances. This includes customers no longer wanting to have the work undertaken or cancels/fails to attend their appointment, or failure to attend their appointment on time without sufficient notice resulting in a cancellation of the booking.
Deposits can only be held for a maximum 3 months, and are non-transferable (from one vehicle to another or from/to alternative date if failure to attend original appointment date without prior notice of cancellation)
